• How to Use

  1. Take the device and accessories out of the box, remove the device and protective foil plastic from the device.

  2. Put the power cord into the socket.

  3. Use the setting button to select the desired cutting width. The cutting width is adjustable from 1 to 15 mm.

  4. Slide the cradle to the left, and then place the food on the cradle.

  5. Put the stand on the cradle and use this stand to slightly push the food toward the back cover.

  6. Use the on/off switch located on the left side of the device to activate the device.

• Note

  1. This device is equipped with a safety switch, the safety switch faces you, and then press the on/off switch at the same time, the device will start. Bypassing the on/off switch again, the device will stop.

  2. Don't touch the blade, the blade is very incisive, it will hurt you very seriously.

  3. Slowly slide the bracket to the right against the rotating blade to get the sliced food at the back of the device.

  4. Never use the device without a stand, you may get injured.

  5. When rotating the equipment, the blade will continue to rotate for a period of time, do not touch the knife.

  6. After 10 minutes of continuous use, turn off the equipment and allow it to cool down to prevent the engine from overheating.

  7. In order to put the cutting blade back in place, make sure that the tab on the blade matches the groove in the device and is placed on the blade, and lock the blade by turning the latch counterclockwise.

  Cleaning and maintenance:

  1. Unplug the device and let it cool down, wipe the surface of the device with a soft damp cloth, and do not let water or any other liquid enter the device.

  2. Remove the cutting blade, please disconnect the power plug before removing the blade.

  3. To remove the cutting blade, push the "button" to the middle of the cutting blade, a latch will come out, and turn the latch clockwise to unlock the cutting blade.

  4. Wash the blade with soapy water, the blade can be placed in the dishwasher normally.
