  1. Install the long tubes, short tubes and base with screws to form the bottom frame
  2. Install the wheels on the assembled base frame in step 1, and install the decorative cover
  3. Install the support rod on the bottom frame
  4. Install the left and right supporting hands on the pallet, and install the assembled pallet in the middle position on the support rod
  5. Install the bracket on the top of the support rod with screws
  6. Install the hook on the bracket
