FAQ:

1. Q: My product leaves the factory with a thin layer of dust. Is this a used product?

A: The SINGRY Air Filter contains activated carbon, which is used in conjunction with multiple parts of the filter to remove impurities from the refrigerator. Because there are openings on the top and bottom of the filter, some charcoal may shift during transportation and cause thin charcoal on the outside of the item. This is normal and not the result of equipment damage. Before installing, wipe the machine with a paper towel.

2. Q: When I shake the filter, why does it sound broken in the GLACIER FRESH Air Filter?

A: There is a small UV bulb that can help clean the air inside the refrigerator. When you shake the air filter, the charcoal will hit the light bulb and it sounds like the device is broken. This is perfectly normal. The unit is usually not damaged.
