3 Easy to Install Steps:

Center the kayak rack on top of the vehicle crossbar. Assemble the bolts, bracket, flat washers, and locknuts. 

Open the two adjustable locking handles to lift and rotate rack to appropriate position and lock it. 

Load the kayak on the J-bar, route the strap around the top of racks. Pull and route both the buckle end to tighten the kayak.
